Great place. Would love to see more investment on this property. A community Bath/shower house would bring more campers. For the lot rent price this should be doable. Also the boatdock is missing out on a lot of money by not having food. Someone could setup in there and sell simple breakfast and lunch and make a killing. Also I would recommend getting mobile swipers for the gas attendants. Elavon is the processor and can easily set them up nicely. I work there :) contact me if you want to talk ideas !
